The Easy Way to Bypass Seat Belt Speed Limiter
When installing harnesses in your UTV, you will find that the computer system detects when you're not wearing your seat belt and will interrupt the ignition to a maximum speed of 15 mph. For safety, this is a great idea when using stock seat belts, but not a good thing when you have installed aftermarket 4 or 5-point harnesses. The moveland Seat Belt Override Harness has been designed to close the open loop system when you install 4 or 5-point harnesses and allows you to use the full potential of your high-output machine.
This is a very easy-to-use device that is entirely plugged and played. No cutting, no splicing, or soldering is required. Only 1 bypass is needed per vehicle. These plug-and-play override clips make it easy to bypass the safety sensor when the factory seat belt is removed (driver side). Just plug it in and ride on!
There are 3 types of seat belt bypass compatible models:
Seat Belt Bypass-001, Seat Belt Bypass-002, and Seat Belt Bypass-003. These are compatible with a variety of UTV models, including Polaris RZR, Can-Am Commander, 2018 and newer Kawasaki Mul Pro/FXT/MX Teryx KRX 1000 800, Polaris Ranger, Can-Am Defender, 2018-2022 Honda Pioneer 1000, Polaris General, Can-Am Maverick, 2016 and newer Yamaha YXZ/Vinking/RMAX Wolverine X2, and Can-Am Maverick x3/Sport/Max/Trail Defender Pro XT/HD10/Max/800 DPS/1000 XT, as well as John Deere Gator XUV 590M/XUV 835R.
No longer do you have to plug the seat belt in to turn off the speed limiter. You can override the throttle limiter mostly when you are just moving it a short distance. This simple plug-and-play solution allows you to override the annoying safety feature by unplugging the old harness and clipping in the new harness.
